玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效研究

目的观察关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法以在本院就诊的膝关节骨关节炎患者为研究对象，共202只膝关节，关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，每周1次，共5次，采用Lequesne膝关节功能及活动范围量表进行评分。结果总有效率达96．53％，随访半年后，10例患者复发，再行上述治疗，仍然有效。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠是治疗膝关节OA的较理想的方法，操作简单、不良反应少、费用低，易于临床应用。

Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy study

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of the intra-articular injection of sodium hyalur- onate in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods Knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital for the study, a total of 202 knee, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, once a week, a total of five times, u- sing the Lequesne knee function and range scalescore. Results The total effective rate of 96. 53%, six months after the follow-up, 10 patients relapsed, again above treatment is still effective. Conclusion Intra-articular in- jection of sodium hyaluronate is an ideal method for the treatment of knee OA, simple to operate, adverse reac- tions, low cost, easy to clinical application.
