吉安地区425例胃病患者幽门螺杆菌感染易感因素的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨江西省吉安地区感染幽门螺杆菌(Hp)胃病患者在日常生活中感染Hp的影响因素,为预防幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病的发生提供参考依据。方法 对621例胃病患者进行^14C-尿素呼气试验,检测前应用双盲法进行问卷调查,资料进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果 Hp感染率为68.43%,41~50岁组阳性率为73.81%,男性Hp阳性率为73.04%,女性为61.09%。在17个可能易感因素中,年龄、居住地、职业、家中共餐人数、饮茶、辣食、熏腌、豆类制品是与Hp感染有联系的相关因子,P均〈0.01;而吸烟、饮酒、饮牛奶、喜甜食、蔬菜、偏咸或淡等因素均与感染Hp无明显关系(P均〉0.05)。结论 外出就餐次数多、家庭共餐人数多、喜欢吃辣和熏腌制品的食物、从事农业、农村地区居住等为危险因素;喜欢吃豆类食物、经常饮茶等为保护因素。应提倡多吃豆类食物,多饮茶,少吃辣的食物,推广分餐制,做好自我防护。

Abstract:Objective To explore the harmful factors in daily life for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection among patients with gastric disease in Ji'an city,Jiangxi province.Methods The 621 patients with gastric diseases in this study were collected from the central Hospital of Ji'an City.Before the 14C-urea breathe test,we applied a questionnaire with double blind method,uniformly-designed forms was used,and the data was analyzed then by unconditional logistic multiple regression.Results The general rate of Hp infection was 68.3% among all the subjects.The results demonstrated that the harmful factors for Hp infection included:having dinner outside frequently,sharing dinners with too many people,enjoying spicy and smoked & salted food,working in farming,living in rural area with poor sanitary conditions,etc;while beneficial factors included enjoying soybean foods,drinking tea frequently,etc.The results also showed that females had a lower incidence of infection than males.Conclusion It should recommend people to frequently eat soybean foods and drink tea,eat less spicy food,separately eat by dishes,and learn how to protect themselves well.
