原发性高血压病患者血压昼夜节律变异与中医辨证分型的关系

摘    要:目的:研究原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律变异与中医辨证分型的关系。探讨其病因病机,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:在住院病人中筛选出无心、脑、肾并发症的原发性高血压患者,其中血压昼夜节律异常164例,节律正常者292例,按照中医辨证分型标准分为肝火亢盛型、痰湿壅盛型、阴虚阳亢型及阴阳两虚型,结果:血压昼夜节律异常者与阴虚阳亢分型关系密切(P<0.01)。结论:阴虚阳亢是高血压病血压昼夜节律变异的主要病机。提示中医辨证治疗。需抓住阴虚为本,阳亢为标,以调整阴阳为主。

Abstract:Objective:To Study the relationship between circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure and TCM syndrome pattern in essential hypertension(EH),to explore tts etiology and pathogenesis and to supply evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:The cases of EH selected were free of cardiac,cerebral and renal complications.The circadian rhythm of blood pressure was abnormal in 164 cases,and normal in 292 cases.The patterns of TCM syndrome differentiation were classified as hyperactivity of liver-fire,domination of phlegm-damp,yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity and deficiency of both yin and yang.Results:Those with abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure were closely related with the pattern of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity (P < 0 01). Conclusion:yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity is the main pathogenesis of abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure in EH. It is indicated that yin deficiency should be treated as the primacy syndrome and yang deficiency as the secondary syndrome,and regulating of yin-yang is the chief principle.
