| 摘 要： | 目的：对万山淫羊藿的化学成分进行研究。方法：运用硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析进行分离，运用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱鉴定化合物。结果：分离鉴定了6个黄酮类成分，分别为脱水淫羊藿素(Ⅰ)、去甲脱水淫羊藿素(Ⅱ)、朝藿定B(Ⅲ)、朝藿定C(Ⅳ)、双藿苷B(Ⅴ)和双藿苷A(Ⅵ)。结论：万山淫羊藿的主要成分为8-异戊烯基黄酮类化合物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium wanshanense.METHOD:The chemical constituents of E.wanshanense were isolated with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were identified by means of IR,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR and MS.RESULTS:Six flavonoids were obtained and identified as anhydroicaritin(Ⅰ),desmethylanhydroicaritin(Ⅱ),epimedin B(Ⅲ),epimedin C(Ⅳ),diphylloside B(Ⅴ) and diphylloside A(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION:8-prenylflavonoids were the main constituents of E.wanshanense. |
