基底动脉尖综合征26例临床分析

目的研究TOBS的病因、危险因素、临床表现和影像学表现及预后。方法对2002年至今的26例TOBS患者的原始资料进行回顾性分析。结果TOBS病因及高危因素有糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、高血脂等，临床表现多种多样，包括意识障碍、眼球运动障碍及瞳孔异常、肢体运动障碍、偏盲等。CT及MRI提示的重要的特征是中脑或丘脑梗死合并其他部位梗死，如枕叶、小脑、颞叶。结论TOBS的临床及影像学表现多种多样，治疗效果不好，预后不佳。

Clinical analysis in 26 patients with top of basilar artery syndrome

Objective Tostudyetiological factors,clinical manifestation and imagingfindings oftop ofthe basilar artery syndrome (TOBS).Methods The clinical data of 26 patients in our hospital from 2002 to now were analyzed.Results The etilolgical and high risk factors included hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,hypercholes-terol,and so on. There were many different clinical and imaging manifestations,comprising unconsciousness,dyskinesia of the eyeballs and the abnormality of the pupils,as well as disorder of the movement or partial blindness. CT or MRI showed that the most importment patheological festures of TOBS was infarction in both sides of thalami and midbrain and/or in cellebellum,occipital and temporal lobes.Conclusions There were various clinical manifestation and imaging findings in TOBS patients. The effect of treatment was not good and the prognosis was bad.
