| 摘 要： | 目的探讨18F-FDG(18F标记脱氧葡萄糖)PET/CT显像对原发鼻咽癌的诊断价值。方法对55例原发鼻咽癌病例和50例健康人进行18F-FDG PET/CT显像,统计两组人群符合鼻咽癌诊断标准的阳性例数和阴性例数,计算相应的指标。结果18F-FDG PET/CT显像诊断原发鼻咽癌的灵敏度为96.36%,特异性为98.00%,准确度为97.14%,阳性预测值为98.15%,阴性预测值为96.08%。结论18F-FDGPET/CT显像对原发鼻咽癌具有较高的诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT imaging in primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma (PNC).Methods Fifty five cases of NPC diagnosed by pathology and 50 cases of healthy persons,underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging,and calculated the positive or negative found of NPC.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in NPC was 96.36%,98.00% and 97.14%,respectively,and the positive predictive value was 98.15% and the negative predictive value was 96.08%.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can be of great value for the diagnosis of NPC. |
