剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变迁分析

目的：探讨剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化．分析剖宫产率居高不下的原因。方法：对1997年1月～2000年12月在我院分娩的6808例产妇的资料进行回顾性分析，统计分析剖宫产率的变迁和手术指征的构成，以及汉族与少数民族间两指标的异同。结果：1997～2000年剖宫产率较前几年逐年下降。但仍高达50％以上。首位剖宫产指征——胎儿窘迫存在过度诊断等是剖宫产率居高不下的原因。汉族产妇因社会因素行剖宫产亦占一定比例。结论：加强孕产期监护和产程观察，严格掌握剖宫产指征．可有效降低剖宫产率。

Analyze the change of Cesarean section rate and indication

Objective: To probe into the reason of standing high of cesarean section (C-section) rate. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 6 808 cases pregnancy women between Jan 1997 and Dec 2000 in our hospital. The change of C-section rate and the operation indication, as well as the index point difference between Han nationality and minorities were analysed. Results: Premier indication of C-section-Fetal distress was exorbitant diagnosed which is main reason of standing high rate of C-section, along with social factor account for a certain extent proportion in the Han nationality. Conclusions: Reinforce the surveillance of gestation and confinement period as well as the observation of labor stage and in control of C-section indication strictly might hopefully decrease the rate of C-section.
