| 摘 要： | 应用非侵入性经食管心房起搏法,测量了50例冠心病(CAD)、11例病态窦房结综合征(SSS)和54例正常人的窦房结恢复时间(SNRT),校正窦房结恢复时间(SNRTc),窦房结恢复时间指数(SNRTI)和窦房传导时间(SACT).结果显示冠心组或(和)27例右状动脉受累者与对照组之间差异无统计学意义.本文并讨论了CAD与SSS间的关系.

| Abstract: | There were few reports in literature about the sinoatrial node ( S-N ) function of patients with coronary artery disease ( CAD ) . Transesophageal atrial pacing was performed to measure the sinus node recovery time ( SNRT ) .corrected sinus node recovery time(SNRTc), sinus node recovery time index (SNRTI) and sino-atrial conduction time ( SACT) in 50 cases of CAD, 11 cases of sick sinus syndrome ( SSS ) and 54 normals. The result showed that there was no difference between the indexes of S-N function in CAD patients and normals, but the difference was significant between the CAD and SSS patients. It is usually considered that ischemia of sinoatrial node is the common cause of SSS. However, 27/50 of our CAD patients who had the right coronary artery involved had normal S-N function.Accordingly, SSS may be an independent syndrome, not always associated with CAD. |
