| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨麻醉与手术病人心跳骤停的原因。 [方法 ]统计发生心跳骤停 1 0例患者临床资料并归纳分析。 [结果 ]初期复苏均获成功。其中 7例痊愈出院 ,1例稍有精神性格改变 ,1例在术后 1 2h死亡 ,1例术后第 5天脑昏迷死亡。 [结论 ]完善的术中管理 ,必要的监控手段 ,提高麻醉医师水平 ,可降低心跳骤停的发生率和死亡率 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the reason of cardiac arrest during anaesthesia and operation. [Methods] Ten cases with clinical date were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Anabiosis in the early stage was successful in all patients. 7 of 10 had fully recovered , 1 had slight alteration of personality,2 died after operation. [Conclusion] valid monitoring during operation and improving technique can decrease the morbidity and mortality of cardiac arrest. |
