| 摘 要： | 衰老病机不外虚实两端，虚乃脏腑虚损，尤其肾虚是衰老的主要原因；实则以血瘀痰浊为主。我们认为，络中血行瘀滞和痰浊凝结较经脉更为常见，所以提出肾虚、血瘀、痰浊阻络为衰老的基本病机。

| Abstract: | Pathogenesis of Senility include deficiency and sthenia. Deficiency is the deficiency of Zhang and Fu,especially Kidney deficiency is the main cause;Sthenia is the blood stasis and tubid phlegm. We think blood stasis and tubid phlegm in the collaterals are more than that in the main channels,so we bring forward that deficiency of Kidney,blood stasis,tubid phlegm blocking the collaterals is the fundamental Pathogenesis of Senility. |
