| Abstract: | Objective：To monitor the changes of hemodynamics and investigate the effects of U50488H（a opioid receptor）stimulation on myocardial ischemic arrhythmias in rats.Methods：Rats were randomly divided into control,ischemia reperfusion（I/R）,U50488H＋I/R,and Nor-BNI＋U50488H＋I/R groups.Electrocardiogram（ECG）,heart rate（HR）,arterial blood pressure（ABP）,cardiac output（CO）,stroke volume（SV） and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia were recorded in rats.Results：ABP,CO and SV were decreased,the chance of myocardial ischemic arrhythmias was reduced with the adminstration of U50488H in rats.The effect of U50488H was abolished by Nor-BNI.Conclusion：U50488H has some direct protective effects during myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in rats and the chance of myocardial ischemic arrhythmias is decreased by U50488H. |
