大黄蒽醌提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究并建立大黄蒽醌的提取方法。方法采用HPLC法测定大黄中总蒽醌、游离蒽醌、结合蒽醌的含量,用正交试验方法确定大黄蒽醌提取工艺。结果大黄蒽醌的最佳提取工艺为8倍量95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论该优化工艺简便易行,重现性好,可用于大黄蒽醌的提取。

Abstract:Objective To research and establish the extraction technology of anthraquinone in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.Methods The content of total anthraquinone,free anthraquinone and conjugated anthraquinone were determined by HPLC method.The extraction process of anthraquinone in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.was determined by orthogonal test.Results The experiment suggested that extract anthraquinone with 8 times,95% ethylalcohol for three times,once an hour is the best choice.Conclusion Extracting anthraquinone by this method is simple and convenient.
