大黄多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:
目的研究并建立大黄多糖的提取方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法测定大黄多糖含量,用正交试验方法确定大黄多糖提取工艺。结果大黄多糖的最佳提取工艺为提取时间为3 h,第一煎加水量10倍,第二、三煎加水量8倍。结论该优化工艺简便易行,重现性好,可用于大黄多糖的提取。

Abstract:
Objective To study the polysaccharide extraction technology from Rhubarb.Methods The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Rhubarb.The polysaccharide extraction technology from Rhubarb was studied by orthogonal design.Results The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as follows: extracted for 3 hours,the first decoction with water 10 ml/g,the second and third decoction with water 8 ml/g.Conclusion The process to extract polysaccharide is viable and stable,it can be used in the polysaccharide extraction from Rhubarb.
