| 摘 要： | 目的观察异甘草酸镁对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的影响。方法将78例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,均给予还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注;治疗组加用异甘草酸镁注射液静脉滴注,对照组给予甘草酸二胺静脉滴注,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后肝功能的变化。结果治疗后两组肝功能均有明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组ALT、TBIL的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论异甘草酸镁能明显改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of MgIG on liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into two groups,all the subjects were intravenously treated with reduced glutathione injection.The subjects in treatment group were injected with additional MgIG,and the subjects in control group were injected with additional diammonium glycyrrhizinate,with the course of 4 weeks.The liver function was measured.Results The liver functions in both groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of ALT and TBil in treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion MgIG can improve the liver function of the patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
