| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨右归丸体外诱导大鼠骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞。方法:密度梯度离心法结合贴壁培养法培养骨髓基质细胞,并利用右归丸诱导骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞,设为空白对照组,右归丸组。结果:诱导7 d后,与空白对照组相比较,右归丸组细胞显示为典型的神经细胞样形态,细胞NSE、Nestin和GFAP阳性率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸可以体外诱导大鼠骨髓基质细胞分化为神经样细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells into neurocyte-like cells inducing by the Youguiwan.Methods: Marrow stromal cells were isolated by attachment and density centrifugation.Youguiwan were used to induce bone marrow stromal cells.Bone Marrow stromal cells were divided into blank control group,Youguiwan group.Results: After 7 days of induction,some cell showed typical neuronal morphology,Nestin,NSE and GFAP-positive expression rate was significantly higher in Youguiwan(P<0.05).Conclusion: Youguiwan can induce bone marrow stromal cells to diffenentiate into neuroncyte-like cells. |
