启心饮联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压病患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的观察启心饮联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将60例轻中度高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组30例给予氨氯地平,治疗组30例予氨氯地平及启心饮汤剂;两组均治疗12周,观察两组患者治疗前后血流介导的肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素(6-K-PGF1α)以及TXB2/PGF1α水平的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗前后比较,FMD、IMT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后FMD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,FMD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后比较,TXB2水平和TXB2/PGF1α差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后TXB2、PGF1α水平和TXB2/PGF1α差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,PGF1α水平和TXB2/PGF1α差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论启心饮联合氨氯地平对高血压患者具有改善血管内皮功能的作用。

Effect of "Qixin Decoction" and Amlodipine on vascular endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of "Qixin Decoction" and Amlodipine on vascular endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Sixty subjects with mild or moderate hypertension were randomly divided into two groups;thirty cases in control group were treated with Amlodipine and 30 cases in TCM group were treated with "Qixin Decoction" and Amlodipine,with the course of 12 weeks.The FMD,IMT,TXB2,6-K-PGF1α and TXB2/PGF1α levels were observed.Results In treatment group,the FMD,IMT before treatment were statistically different from those after treatment(P<0.05);in control group,the IMT before treatment was statistically different from that after treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in FMD between the two groups(P<0.05).In treatment group,the TXB2 level and TXB2/PGF1α before treatment were statistically different from those after treatment(P<0.05);in control group,there was no significant difference between before and after treatment in TXB2、PGF1α and TXB2/PGF1α(P>0.05);there were significant differences in PGF1α level and TXB2/PGF1α between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion "Qixin Decoction" and Amlodipine can improve the vascular endothelial function effectively.
