| 摘 要： | 氧化应激在糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展中极为重要,胰岛细胞损伤、胰岛素抵抗、糖基化终末产物形成、蛋白激酶C途径、多元醇通路、己糖胺途径均与氧化应激产生过多的自由基密切相关,因此,减轻氧化应激损伤,有利于糖尿病及其并发症的防治。本文主要就近5年来在糖尿病治疗领域各类中药抗氧化作用研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Oxidative stress plays an important role in diabetes mellitus and its complications.It is closely related to damage of islet cell,insulin resistance,production of glycosylation,protein kinase C(PKC),polyol/aldose reductase and hexosamine pathways.Therefore,reducing damage of oxidative stress is conducive to the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications.This article reviews the advances in antioxidant effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the recent 5 years for diabetes mellitus. |
