补中益气汤联合西医常规疗法治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

目的观察补中益气汤联合西医常规疗法治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将80例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例予西医常规治疗,治疗组40例予补中益气汤联合西医常规治疗;两组均治疗6个月,观察临床疗效及中医证候积分、呼吸困难程度、6 min步行距离及生活质量评分变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.5%、72.5%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗组各中医证候指标评分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组各项中医证候评分治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,各指标评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③两组呼吸困难评分、6 min步行距离及6 min步行距离评分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④治疗组生活质量量表除社会活动情况外各指标评分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组日常活动能力评分、综合平均分治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,各指标评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合西医常规疗法治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可明显改善患者临床证候,减轻呼吸困难严重程度,提高患者运动耐量,并能提高生活质量。

Combination of "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" and routine treatment for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" combined routine treatment in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stationary phase.Methods Eighty cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 40 cases were treated by routine treatment,and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" combined routine treatment,with the course of 6 months.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,dyspnea,6-minute walking distance and quality of life were evaluated.Results ①The overall effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②In treatment group,there were significant differences in all the indexes before and after treatment(P<0.01);in control group,there were significant differences in all the indexes before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in all the indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).③There were significant differences in dyspnea scores,6-minute walking distance and scores of 6-minute walking distance between before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences in all the indexes between the two groups(P<0.01).④In treatment group,there were significant differences in all the indexes except for social activity between before and after treatment(P>0.05);in control group,there were markedly differences in activity of daily living score and comprehensive average score between before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in all the indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" and routine treatment can improve the clinical syndromes,alleviate dyspnea,improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
