神经根型颈椎病疗效评价量表的研制与考评

目的:研制并考评神经根型颈椎病疗效评价量表。方法:参考国内外有关量表制作的理论和方法,在研制神经根型颈椎病生存质量量表的基础上,合并症状体征量表,从信度、效度和反应度3个方面对合并后的疗效评价量表进行考评,主要采用相关分析考评量表的重测信度、探索性因子分析考评结构效度、t检验考评反应度等。结果:①效度:提取4个因子之后,可以解释原始数据63.52%的变异。合并量表的23个条目可分解为日常生活能力维度、心理维度、生理功能维度、社会功能维度4个因子,各条目的因子载荷均>0.4,表明这4个因子可以较好地解释合并之后的量表构成。②信度:量表各条目的 Cronbach’s系数均接近于总的Cronbach’s系数,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数均接近或者>0.60,表明量表的内部一致性较好;量表第一次测量和第二次测量总分的相关系数r=0.893,表明量表的重测信度较好。③反应度:量表各条目两次测量结果比较其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明该量表具有较高的反应度。结论:该量表具有较好的信度、效度和反应度。

Development and Valuation of Evaluation Scale for Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: To research and assess the evaluation scale for therapeutic effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods: The evaluation scale for therapeutic effect was evaluated from three aspects of reliability,validity and reaction referring to domestic and foreign theories and methods,based on scale of the quality of life for patients with CSR,and combined with symptom and sign scale.The reliability was measured by relative analysis,the structure validity was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis,and the degree of reaction was evaluated by t-test.Results: ①Validity: 63.52% variations of original data were explained after 4 factors were picked up.Twenty-three items in combination scale could be divided into 4 factors: activities of daily living,psychological function,physiological function and social function dimensions.The factor loading of each item was greater than 0.4,and it indicated that these four factors could better explain the combination scale composition.②Reliability: The coefficients of Cronbach’s α of each item were closed to the total coefficient of Cronbach’s α,the coefficients of Cronbach’s α of each factor were closed to or over 0.60,and it showed that the scale had good internal consistency.The correlation coefficient of total score of the first and the second measurement was 0.893,and it showed that the scale was reliable.③Degree of reaction: There were statistical differences in the measurement result of each item between two times(P<0.05),and it indicated that the scale had good reaction.Conclusion: The combined scale has good reliability,validity and reaction.
