丹芩消郁合剂治疗脑外伤后综合征43例疗效观察

目的:探讨丹芩消郁合剂治疗脑外伤后综合征的临床疗效。方法:将78例脑外伤后综合征患者随机分为治疗组(n=43)和对照组(n=35),治疗组给予丹芩消郁合剂治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率为90.70%,对照组为71.43%,两组比较其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组在改善头晕头痛、失眠多梦、纳差乏力等临床症状方面,其疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芩消郁合剂治疗脑外伤后综合征具有一定的临床疗效。

Effects of "Danqin Xiaoyu Mixture" on Post-traumatic Brain Syndrome: A Report of 43 Cases

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of "Danqin Xiaoyu Mixture" on post-traumatic brain syndrome.Methods: Seventy-eight patients with post-traumatic brain syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Forty-three cases in the treatment group were treated with "Danqin Xiaoyu Mixture",and thirty-five cases in the control group were treated with conventional modality.The clinical effects were observed.Results: The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.70% and 71.43% respectively,with a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05);the improvements of the clinical symptoms including dizziness,headache,insomnia,anorexia,fatigue and so on in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: "Danqin Xiaoyu Mixture" has excellent effects on post-traumatic brain syndrome.
