活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗中晚期胃癌30例

目的观察活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将60例中晚期(III-IV期)胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案,治疗组在对照组化疗方案的基础上加用活血化瘀养阴方;两组均以14天为1个治疗周期,连用4个周期后评价近期临床疗效及中医证候疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为46.7%,疾病控制率为83.3%;对照组分别为43.3%和86.7%;组间近期临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中医证候有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%;组间中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组分别有5例、7例患者出现不良反应,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌,在改善患者临床症状方面优于单纯化疗。

Combination of "Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction" and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen for advanced gastric cancer:A report of 30 cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction" and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were treated by FOLFOX 4 chemotherapy regimen,and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by combination of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen and "Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction";14 days as a course,the clinical efficacy and the curative effect of TCM symptoms were evaluated after 4 courses,and the adverse effect was observed.Results In the treatment group,the overall effective rate was 46.7% and the disease control rate was 83.3 %;in the control group,the overall effective rate was 43.3% and the disease control rate was 86.0%;there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The TCM effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Five cases in the treatment group and 7 cases in the control group showed adverse reactions respectively,without significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of advanced gastric cancer by combination of "Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction" and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy is better than by chemotherapy only in improving the clinical symptoms.
