| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的基本中医证型。方法:纳入晚期NSCLC患者338例,收集患者的临床症状,应用因子分析方法对症状进行分类,并确定证型。结果:晚期NSCLC的基本中医证型包括气虚证、阴虚证、阳虚证、肾虚证、痰湿证、瘀血证、气滞证、热毒证。结论:上述证型基本反映了体能状态(PS)评分为0～1分的晚期NSCLC的基本中医证型。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the basic syndromes of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: The clinical symptoms of 338 patients with advanced NSCLC were collected,and the method of factor analysis was applied to classify the symptoms and determine the basic syndromes.Results: The basic syndromes of advanced NSCLC included qi deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome and heat-toxin syndrome.Conclusion: The syndromes above-mentioned can reflect the basic syndromes of advanced NSCLC patients with PS score between 0 to 1. |
