| 摘 要： | 目的 观察早期康复护理对脑卒中后足下垂的疗效影响.方法 对80例脑卒中偏瘫患者入院后第一天,在不影响抢救的前提下,即运用早期康复护理治疗（良肢位的摆放、肢体被动运动、床上桥式运动、足部湿热疗法、心理康复）,于治疗前后分别测定患者踝关节活动度,并观察疗效.结果 治疗后踝关节活动度与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.0S）,总有效率87％.结论 早期康复护理对脑卒中后足下垂防治有显著疗效,并有利于患者的功能恢复. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with foot ptosis. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were treated with early rehabilitative intervention （ including placing limbs, passive exercises of limbs, bridging activities in bed, hot and humid therapy of loots and psyehosoeial rehabilitation ） in the first day of hospitalization which would not influence the rescue. Activity of ankle-joint before and after early rehabili- tation was measured. Results After early rehabilitation the activity of ankle-joint improved signifieantly（P〈0. 05） and effective power was 87%.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect of preventing foot ptosis after stroke. |
