复方甘草酸苷联合皮损内封闭治疗结节性痒疹的疗效观察

目的 观察复方甘草酸苷联合皮损内封闭治疗结节性痒疹的疗效.方法 将76例结节性痒疹患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例,治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷联合得宝松皮损内封闭治疗,对照组仅给予得宝松皮损内封闭治疗.3个月评定两组患者疗效,6个月随访复发情况.结果 治疗组有效率为89.4％,高于对照组的63.1％（P＜0.05）;治疗组复发率为28.9％,低于对照组的55.2％ （P＜0.05）.结论 复方甘草酸苷联合皮损内封闭治疗结节性痒疹疗效好,复发率低,具有临床应用价值.

Combination of compound glycyrrhizin with intralesional jection in treatment of Prurigo Nodularis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with intralesional jection on Prurigo Nodularis. Methods 76 cases of Prurigo Nodularis were randomly divided into treatment group of 38 cases and control group of 38 cases. The patients in treatment group were given compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with in- tralesional jection, and patients in control group were given intralesional jection only. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 89.4 %, much higher than that of control group which was 63.1%, the recurrence rate of treatment group was 28.9%, and much lower than that of control group which was 55.2%. Conclusion The effect of compound glyeyrrhizin combined with intralesional jection on Prurigo Nodularis is satisfactory, with lower recurrence rate.
