| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨TSGF在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用对比分析法对6 4例NSCLC和 12 6例肺结核人群中TSGF进行检测。结果 TSGF的表达率对照组与肺癌组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,且与NSCLC不同阶段、淋巴转移及患者生存期有关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 TSGF临床上可作为NSCLC与肺结核鉴别及预测NSCLC生物学行为和疗效检测的参考指标。

| Abstract: | objective To determine the expression of the tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in the serum of non|small cell lung cancer( NSCLC)patients and its clinical significance. Methods The TSGF Expression in the serum of 64 Cases with NSCLC and 126 cases with tuberculosis were investigated by chemical method. Results TSGF positive expression rate in patients with NSCLC was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.01),and that is correlated significantly with clinical stage ,lymph node metastasis and survival stage ( P <0.01).Conclusion The TSGF level in serum may be acted as a different diagnosis method between NSCLC and tuberculosis, and it's help for the assessment of biological behavior and therapeutic result of NSCLC. |
