| 摘 要： | 心脏瓣膜置换术后,可能发生多种远期并发症,且需要长期抗凝以预防血栓栓塞;妊娠本身处于高凝状态及抗凝剂对母婴均有影响,使换瓣术后妊娠和分娩存在很大的风险,因此心脏瓣膜置换术后分娩中如何选择正确的麻醉方式就显得非常重要。

| Abstract: | Patients after cardiac valve replacement maybe have many long-tlme complications, who also need anti-coagulation in long term in order to prevent thromboembolism. Pregnancy with hypercoagulabale state and anticoagulant may have somewhat effects on mother and infant, which will bring great danger to pregnancy and labor after cardic valve replacement. So how to choose correct anaesthetic method during labor after cardic valve replacement is very important. |
