通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效及其机理研究

目的:了解通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效及其作用机理。方法:(1)比较通络散结胶囊和桂枝茯苓胶囊各治疗30例子宫肌瘤患者临床疗效的不同,探讨通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤方面的临床疗效;(2)比较30例子宫肌瘤患者在通络散结胶囊治疗前后体内血液流变学、血雌激素、孕激素以及子宫内膜雌激素受体、孕激素受体水平的变化,探讨通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的内在机制。结果:通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效优于桂枝茯苓胶囊(P<0·05);经通络散结胶囊治疗后的子宫肌瘤患者血液黏稠度明显降低(P<0·05);血雌激素、孕激素以及子宫内膜雌激素受体、孕激素受体水平明显下降(P<0·05或P<0·01)。结论:通络散结胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤具有良好疗效,是通过降低患者体内血液黏稠度和降低血雌激素、孕激素以及子宫内膜雌激素受体、孕激素受体水平来实现的。

Clinical Curative Effect and Mechanism Research on Tongluosanjie Capsule Treating Hysteromyoma

Objective:To understand the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Tongluosanjie capsule treating hysteromyoma .Method:(1)Find the clinical curative effect difference of treatment 30 cases hysteromyoma between Tongluosanjie capsule and Guizhifuling capsule, to study Tongluosnjie capsule treatment hysteromyoma clinical curative effect;(2)Find the 30 cases hysteromyoma patients’ blood rheology,E_2,P in blood and ER, PR in endometrium difference between the beginning and end of treatment with Tonghosanjie capsule, to find out the mechanism of Tongluosanjie capsule treating hysteromyoma.Result:Tongluosanjie capsule is better than Guizhifuling capsule in treatment hysteromyoma(P<0.05);After Tongluosanjie capsule treatment,hysteromyoma patients’ blood viscosity lowered obviously(P<0.05);The E_2,P in blood and ER,PR in endometrium descent obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Tongluosanjie capsule treating hysteromyoma has good clinical curative effect,and it is carried out through lowering blood viscosity,E_2,P in blood and ER,PR inendometrium.
