| 摘 要： | 目的分析临床医师绩效评价指标系统的效度。方法应用结构效度分析法和SPSS数据处理软件进行效度评价。结果临床医师的基本素质因子、效率效果因子、环节质量因子和终末质量因子是评价指标系统的4个内在稳定结构。结论应用结构效度分析法对临床医师绩效量化指标系统的效度评价可收到预期效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the validity of the Clinical Doctor's Efficiency Index Evaluation System.Methods The construction validity method and SPSS data process software were used to execute the validity evaluation.Results Clinical doctor's basic diathesis factor,efficiency and effect factor,process quality factor,ending quality factor were certified as the four internal stable constructions of the index evaluation system.Conclusion Using the method of construction validity to execute the validity evaluation of the Clinical Doctor's Efficiency Index Evaluation System can get expect effect. |
