| 摘 要： | 目的 研究神经生长因子（ＮＧＦ）对儿童癫痫的治疗作用。方法 ＮＧＦ２ｍｌ（１０００ｕ）每日或三日一次肌注，１４天～６个月为一疗程。结果 ８０例中总显效率为５８．８％，其中４５例常规抗痫药无效者加用ＮＣＦ后３９例得到控制，显效率８６．６％，３５例单用ＮＧＦ治疗者有效率为９７．１％。结论 ＮＧＦ对儿童癫痫确有较好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To elucidate the role of nerve growth factor (NGF) on children's epilepsy.Methods: NGF 2 ml (1000u) im qd or q3d, 14 days to 6 months per period. Result: The total curative ratio is 58.8% (47/80), the effective ratio is 86.6% (39/45) in the group combined with NGF that the regulating anti-epilepsy medicine can't work well, and the effective ratio is 97. 1 % (34/35) in the group using NGF only. Conclusion: NGF do have curative effect in the therapy of children's epilepsy. |
