综合健康干预对肥胖儿童血糖血脂水平的影响

目的研究综合健康干预措施对肥胖儿童血糖和血脂的影响,探讨控制儿童肥胖的有效方式。方法采用整群抽样方式,选取合肥市2所管理方式不同的学校体检中筛选出的肥胖儿童59名,同时选取体重正常儿童64名作为对照组,采取营养知识教育,膳食指导和体育锻炼等综合措施对其实施健康干预,并检测干预前后血糖(GLU)、血清总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)水平。结果干预前肥胖组血糖水平高于对照组(P值均<0.05);干预后肥胖组和对照组血糖水平较干预前均下降(P值均<0.01),肥胖组效果较对照组明显,2组血糖水平差异无统计学意义。肥胖组TG水平干预后较干预前下降(P<0.05),对照组TG水平在干预后无变化;2组TCH水平干预后较干预前都明显升高(P<0.01)。结论综合健康干预措施可以改善肥胖儿童血糖和血脂水平,且集中式统一管理更有利于提高干预效果。

Effects of Comprehensive Health Intervention on Blood Glucose and Serum Lipid in Obesity Children

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention on Glucose and lipid in blood,and to explore the effective strategies and methods of controlling children's obesity.Methods A total of 59 obese children were selected from two schools with different management in Hefei.Another 64 normal children were recruited as control.All the children received the health intervention,included nutritional knowledge education,dietary guidance and physical exercises.Glucose,total cholesterin and triglyceride in blood were tested before and after the intervention.Results Blood glucose decreased in obesity and control group,and the impact was more obvious in obesity group.No statistical significance was found between two groups.After the intervention,TG decreased in obese group(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in control group.TCH significantly increased in two groups.Conclusion Comprehensive health intervention could improve blood glucose and lipid,and the effect of unify management is prior to open management.
