| 摘 要： | 目的:研究川芎嗪脂质体的制剂。方法:以乙醚注入法制备川芎嗪脂质体,以正交设计优化制备工艺,并对其包封率进行计算。结果:最佳工艺条件为药物∶磷脂为1∶10,PBS缓冲液pH为7.0,胆固醇∶磷脂为1∶3,乙醚∶PBS缓冲液为1∶6。结论:川芎嗪脂质体制剂包封率高、稳定性好,适合开发应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation of the ligustrazine hydrochloride liposome.Methods:The liposomes were prepared by ether injection method and the technology was selected by orthogonal design.The encapsulated ratio was studied.Results:The ideal combination of preparation is drug∶lipid=1∶10,pH values of PBS is 7.0,cholestrol∶lipid=1∶3,ether∶PBS=1∶6.Conclusion:The encapsulated ratio and the character of the preparation of ligustrazine hydrochloride liposome is suit to development and application. |
