改良大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术同期和分期治疗双下肢静脉曲张103例疗效比较

目的综合分析比较运用改良的静脉曲张点式抽剥手术同期和分期治疗双下肢静脉曲张的手术疗效。方法将双下肢静脉曲张患者103例随机分为A、B两组,A组分期进行双下肢静脉曲张点式抽剥手术,B组则行同期双下肢静脉抽剥手术,手术方式均为改良的大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术,并对术后结果进行比较评估。结果两组在术后常见并发症上无明显差异,而麻醉后并发症发生率上,A组明显高于B组,在住院时间、住院费用上A组也明显高于B组。结论改良的大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术不仅创伤小,操作简单,而且患者术后并发症少,恢复快,因此一期完成双下肢大隐静脉抽剥术并发症发生率并不高于分期手术,反而在麻醉并发症发生率及住院时间和住院费用上明显优于分期手术。因此一期行改良的大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥手术应成为治疗双下肢静脉曲张的首选。

Comparison of 103 cases of double Lower extremities varicosis with separate or concomitant modified punctuate stripping operation

Objective Comparison of the operative result of 103 cases of double lower extremities varicosis with separate or concomitant modified punctuate stripping operation.Methods 103 cases of double lower extremities varicosis were separated into A and B groups.Patients in group A were treated with two step modified punctuate stripping operation,but those in group B were treated concomitantly.The operation results were compared.Results No obvious difference was found in two groups by post operative complications;but by anesthetic complications,patients in group A had more possibility to be involved than group B;and the length of the hospitalization and financial cost during the hospitalization by group A were much more than those by group B.Conclusion For treatment of double lower extremities varicosis,modified punctuate stripping has the advantage of minor injury,easy performance,less operative complications and quick recovery.That is the reason why the concomitant operation for both legs leads as little complications as separate operation,but the anesthetic complications and the length and cost of the hospitalization are less.So we recommend that for treatment of double lower extremities varicosis,concomitant modified punctuate stripping operation is the first choice.
