| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前列腺术后膀胱痉挛的护理。方法：对176例前列腺术后膀胱痉挛患根据症状分型,据不同分型采取相关治疗护理措施,如心理护理,镇静药,膀胱灌注利多卡因、硬膜外导管放置镇痛泵等。结果：176例中治愈134例,好转32例,有效率94．3％。结论：对前列腺术后膀胱痉挛态,根据疼痛类型分类采取相关措施,具有省时、省力、减少盲目性、疗效快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for nursing measures about bladder spasm after prostaglandin operation.Method:176 patients with bladder spasm were treated with various nursing measures according to different pain type such as sedatines irrigation by lidocaine,epidural analgesia pump.Re~sult:134 cured,32 feel better,common effective rate is 94.3%.Conclusion:Various measures can be applied to different pain type. |
