原子吸收火焰法测定饮用水中锰不确定度的评定

摘    要:
目的研究原子吸收法测定饮用水中锰含量的不确定度评定方法,为饮用水的锰的测定提供参考依据。方法根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对饮用水中锰的火焰原子吸收法测量不确定度进行分析评定。结果用该法测定饮用水中锰含量为1.11 mg/L时,其相对不确定度是0.032,扩展不确定度为0.036 mg/L(K=2),不确定度最主要来源是在绘制工作曲线中产生的。结论该方法对评价用原子吸收测定饮用水中锰的不确定度有一定的参考价值。
