| 摘 要： | 目的 前瞻性研究微生态制剂防治先天性巨结肠术后小肠结肠炎的疗效.方法 手术治疗的巨结肠病例随机分组,治疗组按先天性巨结肠术后常规治疗,同时预防性地加用微生态制剂口服3个月;对照组按先天性巨结肠术后常规治疗.在术后6个月内,观察小肠结肠炎的发生率和严重程度.结果 治疗组20例出现轻度肠炎1例,发病率为5%;对照组20例出...
