| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并总结骨化性气管支气管病(TO)的病史及临床特点,CT特征,降低CT诊断的漏诊及误诊率,提高对该病的认识。方法报道1例经病理证实的TO患者,结合其临床及CT表现,并复习相关文献,总结TO的CT诊断。结果共总结国内42例TO患者的CT表现,其主要表现为:气管及支气管前壁、侧壁(后壁通常不受累)多发增生性散在或多发结节突向管腔,部分甚至钙化。结论高分辨率CT(HRCT)薄层扫描作为一种重要非侵入性诊断方法在确诊疑似TO患者时具有高灵敏性,应受到重视。
