绝经前后女性甲亢患者骨密度的变化

目的观察女性毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（简称甲亢）患者病程长短及绝经与否对骨密度的影响。方法使用双能X线骨密度仪测定108例女性甲亢患者前臂、腰椎及髋部的骨密度,分为绝经前和绝经后两组,按病程长短又分为短病程和长病程两个亚组,并对两组统计结果进行分析。结果在绝经前甲亢患者中,甲亢病程长者前臂（桡骨全部）、腰椎L 2~4、股骨颈及股骨大转子骨密度明显低于病程短者（P（0.05）。绝经后甲亢长病程患者前臂（桡骨全部）、腰椎L 2~4、股骨颈及股骨大转子骨密度明显低于病程短者（P（0.05）,在前臂（桡骨全部）差异有统计学意义（P（0.01）。结论病程的长短及绝经与否影响着女性患者的骨密度。

Clinical observation of the change in bone mineral density in female patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the effect of the course and menopause on the change of bone mineral density(BMD) in female patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods BMDs of forearm,hip and lumbar vertebrae were measured by dual-energy X-rays absorp tiometry(DEXA) in the female patients(n=108,aged 20～69).Patients were divided into two groups(premenopausal and postmenopausal),again into two subgroups(short-course and long-course).Results Among the premenopausal hyperthyroidic patients,the BMDs of forearm(total radius),lumbar vertebrae 2~4,thighbone neck and thighbone big rotor in long-course group were significantly lower than those of short-course group(P<0.05).In the post-menopausal group with the long-course,each BMD measured had a lower level compared with that with short-course,in forearm(P<0.01).Conclusion The long course and menopause have a negative effect on the BMDs in female patients with hyperthyroidism.
