糖化血红蛋白与尿微量清蛋白联合检测对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断和监测价值

目的研究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病的诊断和监测中的价值。方法对124例已确诊为糖尿病(DM)患者和86例健康体检者的HbA1c和尿mAlb分别进行检测。结果DM患者组根据HbA1c水平分为低、中、高值3组,低、中值组的尿mAlb水平与健康对照组的mAlb水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05),健康对照组与高值组的mAlb水平差异有统计学意义(P0.01),随HbA1c水平升高,尿mAlb水平呈增高趋势,二者呈明显正相关(r=0.538,P0.01)。结论DM患者HbA1c水平与尿mAlb水平呈正相关,二者水平与DM肾病严重程度密切相关,联合检测二者水平对早期糖尿病肾病诊断、治疗及控制其进程具有重要意义。

Clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin combined detection in diagnosis and surveillance of early diabetic nephropathy
