补肾化瘀除湿合IUI治疗免疫性不孕症疗效分析

目的观察中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕症（治从补肾化瘀除湿合宫腔人工受精）的临床疗效。方法治疗组治从补肾化瘀除湿合宫腔人工受精（IUI）,对照组采用地塞米松合宫腔人工受精,观察两组抗精子抗体和抗子宫内膜抗体的转阴率和患者的妊娠率。结果治疗组和对照组抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗卵巢抗体及抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体的转阴率分别为94.2%、67.3%。治疗组和对照组妊娠率均分别为67.3%、25.0%。结论中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕症临床疗效显著高于单纯西医组。

Effect of Integrated Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine (Supplement Kidney, Promoting Blood Flow and Clearing Damp Elimination with IUI) in Treating Immune Infertility

Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese medicine and western medieine（from supplement kidney,promoting blood flow and clearing damp elimination with IUI） in treating immune infertility.Methods 52 patients in treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine（supplement kidney,promoting blood flow and clearing damp elimination with IUI）.52 patients in control group were treated with western medicine（Dexamethasone with IUI）.Results The turning negative rate of AsAb、AEmAb、AOVAb、AhCGAb in treatment group was 93.5% and that in control group was 65.5%.The pregnancy rate in treatment group was 68.3% and that in control group was 22.8%.Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on immune infertility was obvious superior to that of western medicine.
