| 摘 要： | ①目的了解河北北方学院第一附属医院铜绿假单胞菌耐药性的变迁情况。②方法应用美国BD PhoenixTM100全自动细菌分析仪对147例标本进行鉴定分析。③结果该医院铜绿假单胞菌对各种抗生素耐药情况不尽相同,但总体来看耐药情况比较严重。④结论该院应调整关于铜绿假单胞菌的抗生素用药策略,应综合检测结果,合理用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the first affiliated hospital of Hebei North college.Methods Identification of bacteria and drug susceptibility test in 147 samples were performed with BD PhoenixTM100 automatic identification system.Results The drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to every antibiotic was not all the same and it was more serious in all.Conclusion The way to use antibiotic in pseudomonas aeruginosa should be adjusted in the hospital and medicine should... |
