摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定艾司唑仑的有关物质。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长223nm。结果艾司唑仑在1.2~2.8μg.ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),RSD为0.56%。检测限为0.02ng。结论本方法结果准确,可用于艾司唑仑有关物质的控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for determination related substances of Estazolam was established.METHODS A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(65∶35),the detection wavelength was 223nm.RESULTS The linear range of Estazolam was 1.2~2.8μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9998),RSD=0.56%.The detection limit was 0.02ng.CONCLUSION The method was accurate,it can be used to determine related substances of Estazolam.
