厦门市海沧区地氟病区20年改水效果分析

摘    要:目的为了解厦门市海沧区地氟病区20年来改水效果及地氟病病情及改水工程质量情况,以巩固地氟病防治成果。方法调查地氟病区8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况、居民饮用水氟含量及改水工程使用和管理情况,依据《地方性氟性中毒防治手册》规定和国家有关标准进行监测分析。结果调查工程1个,正常运转,水氟达标工程数为1,改水工程覆盖人口0.23万人,受益人口0.23万人,正常运转比例100%,水氟达标工程比例100%,改水工程受益比例100%。病区改水后饮用水氟均值为0.21mg/L,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为0,8-12岁儿童尿氟中位数为0.65mg/L。结论通过20年改水,该区已达到消除地氟病病区标准。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the effect of water improvement in 20 years, the status of endemic fluorosis and the project quality of water improvement in the endemic Fluorosis areas in Haicang district of Xiamen City. Methods] Prevalence of dental fluorosis among 8 - 12 years old children, fluoride content in drinking water and the project quality of water improvement were investigated in the endemic fluorosis areas, according to the guide to prevention and cure of the endemic fluorosis. Results] One project was investigated, operating normally, water fluoride reached the standards, covering 2300 people, the proportions of normal operation, water fluoride qualified project and benefit from the project were all 100%. The mean content of fluoride was 0. 21 mg/L after improving water. The prevalence of dental fluorosis was 0 and the median of urine fluoride content was 0.65 mg/L in 8 - 12 years old children. Conclusion] This area has reached to the elimination standards of endemic fluorosis after 20 years of water improvement.
