| 摘 要： | 目的选择乙肝颗粒剂方药的提取工艺.方法以黄芪甲苷、虎杖苷、柴胡皂苷C、五味子乙素及干浸膏为指标,采用半仿生提取法(简称SBE法)、半仿生提取醇沉法(简称SBAE法)、水提取法(简称WE法)和水提醇沉法(简称WAE法)进行比较研究.结果5个指标综合评价Y值为SBE法＞SBAE法＞WE法＞WAE法.结论乙肝颗粒剂以采用SBE法提取为佳.

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of hepatitis B granules. Methods: Taking the astragaloside IV, polydatin, saikosaponin C, schisandrin B and dry extract as the indexes, the methods of semi bionics extraction (SBE), semi bionics extraction and alcohol precipitate (SBAE), water extraction (WE), water extraction and alcohol precipitate (WAE) were compared. Results: The total index Y value of the five indexes is :SBE>SBAE>WE>WAE. Conclusion: The SBE is the best extraction method in preparation of hepatitis B granules. |
