| 摘 要： | 目的建立射干抗病毒注射液中鸢尾苷的反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用Chromatorex C18 ODS（200min×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇乙腈-水-冰醋酸（45：10：45：2），流速为1mL·min^-1，柱温为（30±0．1）℃，检测波长：265nm。结果鸢尾苷在9．95～199μg·mL。内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．6％（RSD=0．76％）。结论该方法灵敏、准确、专属性好，可用于测定射干抗病毒注射液中鸢尾苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop the quantitative analysis of tectoridin （TED） in Shegan Kangbingdu injection by RP- HPLC. Methods The operation was carried out on a Chromatorex C18 ODS （200 min×4.6 mm, 5μm） with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol acetonitril-water-acetie acid （45 ： 10 ： 45 ： 2）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the UV detection wavelength was 265 nm, and the temperature was （30±0.1） ℃. Results The linear range for TED was 9.95-199 μg · mL^-1 （r=0. 999 7） and the mean recovery was 99.6% （RSD=0.76%）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and specific for the determination of tectoridin in Shegan Kangbingdu injection. |
