| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法对日本和国内6个药厂生产的氧氟沙星片剂、胶囊剂进行体外溶出度考察。结果表明,各厂的产品15min内均溶出。6个品种的溶出度参数有显著性差异(p<0.01),证明国内一些药厂的产品质量可靠,价格低廉,完全可以替代进口产品。

| Abstract: | The dissolution rates of six kinds of Ofloxacin tablets and capsules manufactured by Japan and the domestic factories were determined with UV spectrophotometry in vitro. The results indicated that all the samples dissolved in 15 minutes. The parameters of them have very significant diffcrences(P<0. 01). Some domestic products can substiute for the imported products, being qualified and cheaper. |
