| Abstract: | According to the current development of Chinese medicine, frequent international communication in the field of medicine and fewer talents with medical English, the paper emphasizes the urgent need to cultivate talented people in medical English, establishes a new talenta' training pattern through optimization in curricula, reform in training methods and improvement of evaluation system and supporting measures based on modem educational concept. |
