红树植物秋茄茎皮的化学成分

摘    要:目的研究秋茄的化学成分。方法采用硅胶色谱柱层析法。结果分离得到6个化合物,经光谱方法鉴定为正三十烷醇、刺桐脂素、β-谷甾醇、白桦脂酸、胡萝卜苷和齐墩果酸。结论除β-谷甾醇外,其余5个化合物均为首次从红树植物秋茄中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Kandelia candel.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.RESULTS Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified.CONCLUSION Five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
