华南某地臀肌挛缩症患病情况及病因分析

１９９２年６月，对华南某地区５６８７名中小学生及幼儿园幼儿臀肌挛缩症的患病情况进行了普查，患病率为４．７５％（２７０／５６８７）。男女孩患病率有非常显著的统计学差异（ｘ２＝８．８１，Ｐ＜０．０１），低龄儿童明显高于高龄组儿童。在附近另一地１４２４名小学生及幼儿园幼儿只发现３名患儿，患病率只有０．２１％。通过调查分析，排除了地理环境、水质污染、风俗习惯等因素的影响。臀部肌肉注射可能是主要病因，但不排除遗传及先天因素。肌肉注射率与患病率呈正相关。体质与性别本身的差异在病因学上的地位有待进一步确定。

The present epidemic situation of gluteus muscle contracture in a region of South China and analysis of etiologic factors

n June,1992,we took a general survey on the present epidemic situation of gluteus muscle contrac-ture in children of middle, primary and nursery schools in a region of South China. 5687 children were ex-amined, 270 of them were sufferers,the general prevalence rate was 4.75%. The prevalence rate of boyswas obviously higher than that of girls,the younger the children,the higher the prevalence rates.1424childern in another region near the one mentioned above were also examined,only 3 of them were suffer-ers,the prevalence rate was only0. 21%. Geographical conditions,environmental pollution and customswere excluded from the etiology of gluteus muscle contracture. Intramuscular injection,hereditary andcongenital factors may account for the occurrence of the contracture,especially intramuscular injectionmight be an important etiologic factor. The intramuscular injection rates have a linear positive correlationwith the prevalence rates. The roles of constitutional and sex distinctions in etiology are not clear.
