摘    要:
目的 用光固化树脂与玻璃离子叠层修复楔状缺损,以减少脱落率,提高疗效。方法 实验组91例,以玻璃离子体修复牙本质层,表面处理后再以光固化树脂修复釉质层,将其与常规治疗组对照。结果 治疗组成功率97.6%,高于对照组(88.9%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 本方法结合了玻璃离子与光固化树脂的优点,能达到美观与耐久性的结合,操作简便。

Abstract:
Objectives Double restoring the wedge-shaped defect with light curing composite to reduce coming off. Methods The experimented group included 91 teeth. They were restored with glass ionomer on the dentine, after etching with light curing composite on the enamel, then contrasted with the control group. Results The effective rate of the experimented group was 97.6%, it was obviously higher than the control group (88.9%)( P<0.05). Conclusion The treating has combined the advantages of glass ionomer with light curing composite. It made the restoration beautiful and durable, and was easy to cure.
