脑梗死患者HMGBl和IL-1水平动态变化研究

目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清HMGBl和IIL-1表达水平的动态变化，探讨HMGBl和IL-1在急性脑梗死发病机制中的临床意义。方法实验分为急性脑梗死实验组和对照组，实验组和对照组脑梗死患者分别于发病1d、7d、15d和30d取空腹静脉血，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法fELISA）测定血清HMGBl和IL-1表达水平。结果急性脑梗死实验组1d、7d、15d和30d时血清HMGBl和IL-1表达水平显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；其中急性脑梗死实验组中患者在发病1d、7d、15d和30d四个时间段血清HMGBI表达水平持续升高，而患者在发病1d和7d两个时间段IL-1表达升高．而在15d和30d两个时间段IL-1表达水平均出现明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论HMGBl和IL-1作为重要的炎症因子介导了急性脑梗死的炎症反应；HMGBl还与脑损伤后的组织修复过程有关。

Study on the changes of serum levels of HMGB1 and IL-1 in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the role of HMGB1 and IL-1 in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods All the patients were selected and divided into two groups: cerebral infarction group and control group.by using ELISA HMGB1 and IL-1 were measured at 1,7,15,30 days in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results The level of HMGB1 and IL-1 was increased in cerebral infarction group than control group.The level of HMGB1 was increased at 1,7,15,30 days in patients with acute cerebral infarction.The level of IL-1 was increased at 1 day and 7 days in patients with acute cerebral infarction,while reduced at 15 days and 30 days.Conclusion The changes of HMGB1 and IL-1 maybe as one of the indexes of inflammation and HMGB1 may be played as a role of histology repair after injury.
